We are currently in over 30 markets and had a turnover of over 6.3 billion euros in 2024.

Our financing product for our car dealers is already established in many countries within the group. Now we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the launch and accelerate the breakthrough in the Swedish market. As a Finance Sales Specialist, you are the hub between sales, finance, and operations: you activate dealers, analyze credits, and drive implementation from the first pitch to recurring use. The role combines active sales, commercial consulting, and process implementation in collaboration with our European colleagues who have already established the setup.

You will work both through phone, video meetings, and physical customer visits – the setup we will create together to achieve the best possible results for our market.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the use of our financing product in Sweden based on the group’s proven working methods.
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with car dealers.
  • Making initial credit assessments and qualifications: interpreting balance sheets/annual reports, understanding balance sheets and income statements, cash flow, key figures, and leverage.
  • Analyzing sales pipeline and portfolio data; report development towards goals such as activated dealers, utilization rate, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is self-driven and likes to be all the way – from building something new to following up and developing further.
  • Has experience in customer contact within finance, such as corporate loans, leasing, factoring, or banking (or alternatively strong sales background with a financial understanding).
  • Speaks the language of finance and is confident in using various terms.
  • Is relationship-building, trustworthy, and consultative with a focus on customer value and long-term sustainability.
  • Is data-driven and familiar with Google Sheets.
  • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good English.
  • Has experience from the car industry or dealer financing, this is a big plus, but not a requirement.

  • A stable base salary and a proven bonus model. When you achieve your goals, the bonus corresponds to approximately 40% in addition to your fixed salary – providing a competitive total compensation.
