The Junior Sales Operations role is responsible for managing and optimizing the processes related to orders, including changes, cancellations, returns, and administrative support for sales. The position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and error-free sales experience for customers and the sales team, improving process efficiency and supporting business growth.

What you will do:

• Manage post-delivery cancellation procedures;
• Manage and process order cancellations and returns;
• Manage and resolve vehicle blockers, promptly identifying issues that prevent the normal sales process and coordinating the necessary activities to resolve them;
• Manage the registration, archiving, and merging of leads;
• Support the sales team in the correct fulfillment of orders and in managing customer requests;
• Collaborate with Finance and Customer Care departments to resolve any customer-related issues;
• Constantly monitor and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

What we require:

• Similar experience of at least 6 months in similar contexts;
• Knowledge of main Excel functions;
• Proactivity, stress resistance, and motivation for the role complete the profile.
