Are you passionate about sales and helping others succeed? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales team. In this hybrid role, you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to direct sales activities (acquisition, reactivation, and retention) and 70% to supporting the training, development, and enablement of our account managers across Europe.
You will play a key role in driving revenue while also shaping the skills and success of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and internal coaching environments.

Fluent English. At least C1
Experience: B2B Sales Training, L&D, coaching, or sales enablement. Sales, preferably in account management, acquisition, or retention roles is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge.
Bonus points: Experienced with e-learning tools (content creation).
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., flexible.
25% remote work.
