Description of the Position

We are looking for a Sales Specialist Training B2B (Coach Commercial) who is passionate, capable of combining commercial performance and talent development.

In this unique role, you will spend your time between:

  • 30% dedicated to direct sales (acquisition of new clients, reactivation, and loyalty)
  • 70% devoted to training, coaching, and the development of our salespeople across France.

By joining the Sales Specialist Training B2B European team, you will play a key role: not only will you contribute to the growth of revenues, but you will also help shape a stronger, more confident, and more successful sales team in an international setting with your peers from different countries.

Your missions

Sales (30%)

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts proactively, with a focus on acquisition, reactivation, and loyalty.
  • Achieve your personal sales goals while contributing to the collective success of the team.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of the pipeline and commercial activities through our CRM.

Training & Development (70%)

  • Lead integration and ongoing training sessions for our salespeople in France, whether they are junior, intermediate, or senior.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Training & Development to identify areas for improvement and create impactful training content.
  • Participate in the deployment of innovative sales initiatives: playbooks, best practices, process optimizations.
  • Collect and leverage feedback from the field to continuously improve our programs and tools.
  • Contribute to the creation and animation of e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive workshops.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent English + Fluent French
  • Experience: Experience in training, coaching or education is highly appreciated. Sales experience (account management, acquisition, loyalty) is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and animation abilities. A natural aptitude to motivate and inspire.
  • State of mind: Curious, collaborative, growth-oriented, and sharing.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of e-learning tools and/or content creation.
