Entering the Sales team, you will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating a team of resources, coordinating activities in a proactive and strategic way, in order to achieve the company's objectives set.

Qualifiche

What You Will Do:

• Motivate and support your team to achieve company objectives;
• Coordinate and manage the activities of your team, supporting it in achieving the goal;
• Analyze and monitor daily team activities through company tools (sales performance reports);
• Contribute to the growth of the structure, identifying commercial talents and providing them with concrete career opportunities;

What We Require:

• Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
• Excellent communication and time management skills;
• Strong learning skills of analysis tools;
• Ability to propose analysis and reporting for monitoring and interpreting the team's activity;
• Experience of at least 3 years in managing B2C online sales teams inbound commercial and/or outbound;
