As part of our growth, we are looking for a:

Team Lead Sales / Responsable Commercial Autohero (H/F)

Your missions:

At Autohero, the sales team handles incoming requests from prospects received by phone, email, or through classified ad platforms. Our goal is to transform these requests into sales as well as sell additional products (warranties, financing). There is no prospecting. Attached to the Head of Sales, your missions will be as follows:

• Supervise a team of ten sedentary salespeople on a daily basis and ensure the achievement of conversion and sales targets;

• Motivate the sales team to develop their performance;

• Coach and support the skill development of your team;

• Organize daily activities to ensure a reactive and optimal treatment of incoming client requests by mail and phone;

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process;

• Develop and enforce the company's sales discourse while respecting sales procedures.

Your profile:

• You are a salesperson at heart and have a very strong results orientation;

• You ideally have prior experience in managing a sales team;

• You have knowledge of the automotive sector and/or telephone sales;

• You are dynamic and have good interpersonal skills;

• You are proficient in computer tools.
