Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, empower: Become the driving force and the strategic head of your team.
• Growth & Success: Develop innovative sales approaches, achieve ambitious KPIs, and celebrate measurable results.
• Focus on People: Recognize strengths, develop talents, and use modern coaching methods for real development.
• Digital Excellence: Optimize our sales processes and use the latest tools from the Google ecosystem.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Support us in attracting top talents and successfully guiding them into their roles.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B and telesales and at least two years of leadership experience in the sales sector.
• Enthusiasm for sales and the automotive world, strong communication skills, and a digital mindset.
• Analytical thinker, pragmatic in action, and open to trying new approaches.
• You score with your empathetic nature and create a trusting work atmosphere.
• Very good German skills (C1), good English skills (B2), and confident use of Google Workspace.
