The Successful Candidate Will…

• Hire, train, lead and motivate branch employees to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility.
• Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators.
• Deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth.
• Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets.
• Administrative and fiscal responsibilities related to employee timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals and objectives of the branch to be approved by the Regional Manager.
• Set by example high standards of honesty, integrity and moral judgment in dealing with customers, employees, vendors and the public.

Requirements…

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• 2 years of prior sales and management experience preferred.
• Ability to work on call as needed
