Key Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through Outbound/Cold Calling
Intensive research on accounts, lead profiling, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory
Present effective online demos to prospects
Gaining professional relationship with the prospects and timely follow-up for closure
Generate quality leads with 100% fitment and low rejection rate
Close deals On-the-Call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly quotas
Work vigorously to achieve an assigned Sales Target for Every Financial Month/Quarter/Year
Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives
Respond to RFPs and RFQs and Incented to close deals independently

Requirements:

Ability to comprehend ADP Products / Services and communicate our value proposition
Strong Internet research skills required
Proven Inside Sales Experience with strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
Excellent Objection Handling and Negotiation skills is an added plus
Possess strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
Highly organized and attentive to detail and self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
