As a Sales Representative for Major Accounts—Medium Enterprises, you will gain new market shares for ADP’s cloud-based HR and payroll solutions with important potential and existing clients in a defined territory. By collaborating strategically with our internal partners and using our top-notch training, you will close sales of ADP’s Comprehensive Services with new or existing clients.

What You Will Do:

Make Our Company Grow

  • Work in a protected territory to close sales, secure contracts, and meet your sales targets. It’s that simple!

Turn Potential Clients into Loyal and Enthusiastic Customers

  • Implement a bottom-up sales strategy targeting CEOs, CFOs, and business owners to develop a network with top management. This is called networking.

Deepen Relationships Within ADP Family

  • In addition to cloud-based HR and payroll solutions, make cross-sales in existing accounts by showcasing ADP’s new products and solutions. Wait… that’s not all!

Collaborate Daily

  • Be the ambassador of ADP by spending time on the field. #ADP
  • Develop an annual business plan and set sales and activity goals to meet or exceed the quota.
  • Support the existing sales team by interacting with them to maximize territory penetration and develop and apply solution strategies.
  • Provide general guidance, motivation, and leadership to a sales team in a defined territory.
  • Participate in monthly on-site days and take charge.
  • Establish relationships with high-level executives and other key stakeholders for the client.
  • Cultivate a targeted list of businesses in a defined geographic area.
  • Demonstrate the value and power of ADP’s comprehensive solutions and related services to existing and potential clients based on the client’s main business objectives.
  • During meetings with potential or existing technology product clients, share commercial benefits to prompt the client to take action.
  • Align and work closely with solution consultants to discover and analyze the client’s business processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and create decision-making documents together to help them justify any possible investment with ADP.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the Comprehensive Services’ offer from ADP.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and products.
  • Negotiate prices and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Join and support implementation and/or service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and speed of conversions.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation relevant to the clients.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the VP of Comprehensive Services at ADP and the IPA sales team when necessary.
  • Offer training to field sales personnel.
  • Use appropriate sales process tools (e.g., Salesforce.com and eOrder).
  • Fulfill other functions as needed.
