The commercial responsibility of this position concerns ADP France's payroll and HR solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new clients with 350 to 2,000 employees. Sales cycles range from 3 to 12 months, and client negotiations typically involve multiple stakeholders, depending on the organization and structure of the prospect.

As a Business Engineer (District Sales Manager), Mid-Market, you will:

  • Represent ADP and all local and international services and products we can offer to our clients.
  • Be primarily responsible for creating new business opportunities and closing sales.
  • Report directly to the Mid-Market Sales Manager or Sales Director and maintain close relationships with other local and international sales staff and key stakeholders in the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Commercial Support, etc.) to orchestrate the delivery of excellent service value to the client.
  • Develop our business while advancing your own. You will work autonomously and collaboratively within different teams in your sector to close sales, win business, and achieve your goals.
  • Transform prospects into loyal customers and ambassadors. You will deploy a sales strategy targeting decision-makers and executives to build a network and capture new clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of assigned sales and product objectives on assigned accounts.
  • Develop an annual strategy and business plan, determining the sales and activity objectives necessary to achieve sales and product objectives.
  • Prospect to identify opportunities and actions needed to close deals through various communication channels, including direct contacts, mailings, and organizing events.
  • Use commercial automation tools to define market penetration strategies. Identify and target competitor prospects and plan the strategy to increase market share.
  • Systematically access C-Level prospects in Mid-Market to effectively present the value proposition of ADP solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on local and global opportunities.
  • Deepen knowledge of the company's products and their capabilities compared to competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Use all available tools to develop a commercial strategy (MEDDICC..).
  • Maintain an updated forecast and CRM with management.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum two years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (desired).
  • Spirit of conquering new markets.
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
