ADP Digital Sales Account Manager

What you'll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients focusing on long-term relationship development and account expansion
- Respond to inbound leads generated through service referrals and web inquiries
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client solutions across payroll, tax, HR, and benefits offerings.
- Conduct consultative conversations—virtually and by phone—to uncover gaps and recommend tailored solutions that drive client value, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
- Close new opportunities from warm inbound referrals in a competitive marketplace
- Achieve and exceed sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, client growth, and activity goals.
- Leverage networking and relationship-building strategies to generate additional referral opportunities from existing clients.
- Maintain proactive account management practices, including consistent follow-up, solution alignment, and strategic planning.
What you bring:
- Strong interest in sales or business development, with prior customer service experience (retail, banking, etc) and excellent communication skills
- Resilient and organized, comfortable with high-volume outreach, rejection, and working in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable, with strong time-management skills and a willingness to learn
- High school diploma
- Modern Selling Skills – Combine sales technology and AI driven tools and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue.
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.
Bonus points for these:
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Equivalent work experience will also be considered
- Minimum 2 years of prior quota-carrying experience in B2B
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, or outbound sales

- Regular full-time and part-time associates are eligible to join the Group RRSP any time from date of hire. You are eligible to contribute to the plan from your first semi-monthly pay. ADP will contribute to your RRSP account after 90 days from date of hire provided you have opened an account.
