Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies to optimize price and mix objectives.
  • Provide expert product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information.
  • Generate accurate product quotes and effectively apply value-selling methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments and develop tailored value propositions.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services, offering guidance on optimal application.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new accounts through strategic screening, referrals, and prospecting initiatives.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of market dynamics within the assigned territory, including customer landscape, competitive intelligence, and developing a strategic roadmap for revenue achievement.
  • Perform rigorous territory analysis and planning to ensure efficient allocation of resources and time to key accounts.
  • Leverage advanced account management skills to design and implement impactful customer marketing and growth programs.
  • Actively participate in territory and customer planning sessions, conducting thorough reviews, presenting SWOT analyses, and recommending product and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and comprehensive supply agreements.
  • Formulate and implement strategic pricing programs.
  • Ensure optimal product positioning and market penetration within target accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster enduring business partnerships and cultivate long-term growth opportunities.
  • Navigate and resolve complex challenges, formulating optimal solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to analyze volume trends, ensure quality standards, and manage budgetary adherence.
  • Champion a strong commitment to Safety and the consistent implementation of 5S practices in all operational tasks.

Qualifications

What we will be looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 to 10 years successful sales experience, experience at apparel and footwear manufacturers and relevant industries are preferred;
  • Willing to work in any area of sales.
  • Proficient in assessing customer needs.
  • Good negotiation skills/experience.
  • Good financial skills and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of conducting territory analysis and planning.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Good understanding of how to manage territory business.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
  • Good understanding of how to prepare professional written proposals.
  • Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, invoice totals, percentages, bonuses, etc.
  • Good understanding of product and technical information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good in English
