Channel Strategy And Development Manager

Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company's market goals. Design and implement partner incentive programs to drive sales performance. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Facilitate regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with channel partners to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor and report on channel sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage joint opportunities and ensure seamless execution. Develop and deliver training programs for channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and value propositions. Provide marketing and technical support to enhance partner capability and effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and promotional activities. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine channel strategies. Provide feedback to internal teams on product development and service improvements based on partner and customer insights. Ensure all channel activities comply with the company's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present detailed reports on channel sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in channel or partner sales management, preferably in the business technology solutions industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing channel relationships. Experience in multi-industry client engagement is highly desirable.
