What You’ll Do:

Maximize opportunities to book the highest possible number of vehicles for monthly and short-term needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted companies, while proactively prospecting new B2B clients.

Ensure a steady and continuous business flow for clients.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Secure business under the best possible commercial conditions, aligned with company objectives.

You Should Apply If You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B hunting, both face-to-face and telephone-based sales.

German at mother tongue level and intermediate English proficiency.

Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce would be desired.

Knowledge of industry-related processes, such as logistics or supply chain management.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business intelligence and market data.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align new opportunities with broader business goals and market positioning.

We strongly value candidates who are already based in Spain.

We Will Offer You:

35,000 euros gross annual salary plus 15,000 euros gross annual bonus.

Hybrid working model.

Full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week, Monday to Friday).
