Description of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager on a permanent contract to join our sales team in the Eastern Region. You will be in charge of managing and developing a portfolio of professional clients (real estate agencies), offering the Group's advertising and digital visibility solutions.

You will be responsible for the commercial relationship with your clients, ensuring quality follow-up and active listening to their needs, in order to offer them personalized and effective solutions.

Main duties:

  • Manage and optimize a client portfolio in the Eastern Region (Mulhouse, Metz, Nancy) by proposing tailored solutions that meet the specific challenges of each client.
  • Develop commercial proposals based on identified needs and available solutions, while respecting the group's sales objectives and pricing policy (subscription announcements, digital solutions to attract buyers and sellers, etc.).
  • Conclude contracts while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after signing.
  • Monitor client accounts (on-site and remote), maintaining a close relationship, measuring satisfaction, and providing recommendations to improve the performance of the services subscribed.
  • Analyze results and services used, propose adjustments, and implement corrective actions to optimize client performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure the proper implementation of solutions and guarantee a flawless service quality.
  • Regularly report on your activities (account follow-up, results, etc.) to your manager, using the internal tracking tools.

Qualifications

What makes you an ideal candidate:

  • Experience: You have different experiences in B2B sales, ideally in real estate, online advertising, or digital solutions.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills: You are comfortable negotiating prices/products, and you know how to use persuasion techniques to maximize your conversion rate.
  • Consultative selling: You know how to listen and guide your prospect to the solution that best suits them.
  • Digital knowledge: You are proficient in digital tools and have a good understanding of online advertising solutions.
  • Autonomy and organization: You are capable of managing multiple actions simultaneously and prioritizing your tasks.
  • Relationship skills: You are an excellent communicator, with an ability to understand client needs and build a trustful relationship.
  • Results-oriented: You have a strong desire for ambitious goals and are motivated by achieving your KPIs.
  • Mobility: Home Office position - You are ideally based in Strasbourg and are available for regular field trips in the Eastern Region.
