Function Description

We are looking for a permanent Bilingual Sales Advisor NL/FR to strengthen our B2C sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contacting private clients who have made an online estimate on our website
• Listening and identifying the sales plans of the clients
• Negotiating with and convincing the client to sign a mandate with one of our partner real estate offices
• Ensuring a good relationship between the real estate office and the private client
• Managing and maintaining your portfolio of real estate agents, ensuring good cooperation.

Function Requirements

• You have some experience in sales; knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
• You enjoy telephone sales
• You are eager to learn and have a good sense of teamwork
• You are persistent and never give up
• You like negotiating, challenges, and exceeding goals
