YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You create calculations and offers for our services according to the individual customer needs
• In addition, you take over customer communication, present solution concepts and build long-term relationships – also on site in Germany and Benelux
• In cooperation with our Global Customer Service Team, you develop customer-specific service solutions
• You are responsible for the technical-commercial content of these customer solutions and control the sales process up to the conclusion
• In addition, you support portfolio management by providing qualified market and customer feedback

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a completed degree with a technical focus or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you bring a high level of customer orientation and service awareness
• Professional experience in the field of test stand technology and/or in the service of plant construction or in a comparable environment is advantageous
• Experience in handling CRM systems, preferably SFDC, is desirable
• Negotiating proficiency in German and English completes your profile
