Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

Graduated from associate or bachelor's degree programs of universities

Minimum 3 years of experience in agency sales management within an insurance company/representation office

Sales experience (preferably with experience in non-life/elementary insurance lines)

Experienced in insurance, particularly in elementary (non-life) insurance products

Sales-oriented, strong communication and follow-up skills

Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives

Must have a valid work permit in Turkey

Areas Where You Will Create Impact

Monitoring premium production, loss ratios, and interpreting profitability and performance analyses of assigned channels

Addressing and resolving the marketing-related needs of agency branches

Contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets

Ensuring accurate communication of company policies and strategies to agencies

Identifying training needs and taking required actions
