Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

Graduated from associate or bachelor's degree programs
Minimum 2 years of experience in bank sales management within an insurance company or agency
Strong proficiency in MS Office programs
Sales-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills
Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives
Must have a valid work permit in Turkey

Areas Where You Will Create Impact

Monitoring premium production and loss ratios of responsible resources, analyzing profitability and performance
Addressing marketing-related needs of relevant channels (Bank) and conducting active branch and customer visits
Contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets
Accurately communicating company policies and strategies to agencies
Identifying training needs and taking necessary actions
