You are part of a team of New Business Support Experts and Account Managers within the Customer & Distribution department. In your role as a New Business Support Expert, you offer proactive support to Account Managers. You understand their needs, centralize relevant information, and ensure smooth communication with colleagues, all aimed at ensuring the quality of our service. Your daily tasks include: providing administrative support to Account Managers and acting as a central point of contact; drafting precise quotes and contracts; conducting preliminary analyses to ensure a thorough understanding of files; contacting clients and brokers to gather necessary information; proactively following up on ongoing cases to ensure timely solutions. Soft skills required: excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, with good knowledge of French. Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate. Flexible and well-organized, with the ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently. Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Technical skills required: expertise in the insurance field, ideally in Employee Benefits. Experience with various digital tools for document writing and management. Precise and strong in working with numbers.
