Job Responsibilities

To manage personnel matters for salaried and non-salaried sales staff; sales staff movements, including resignation, termination & cross team transfer. To ensure proper license registration & regular status monitoring. Draft new guidelines & procedures according to ongoing business needs. Manage enhancement of forms, guidelines & procedures whenever there are changes. Regular review & streamline on current process/workflow to maximize operational efficiency. To support strategy planning and implementation of all recruitment initiatives for the achievement of manpower target. To manage & review effectiveness of all recruitment sources, including the internal referral program. To maintain active contact & market intelligence of the external recruitment environment, and constantly explore job placement or potential candidate searching opportunities. To prepare recruitment statistical analysis and expense tracking reports, with relevant commentaries for management's review. To ensure the fulfillment of mandatory CPD and other compulsory trainings. To manage information exchange between various parties including Sales Human Resources, Training & IT departments, etc. in preparation for the arrival of new staff. To support the team in new business submission, policy servicing, office administration & general enquires from Sales Consultancy.

Qualifications

University graduate, preferably in Business & Financial related disciplines. A minimum of 5 years' working experience with 3 years solid experience in HR Administration or Agency Management. Exposure in sales recruitment and licensing processes. Work independently & proactively with an open mindset. Good computer knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word. Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills in both written & spoken English.
