Stage Sales Strategy Analyst

Localisation: La Défense, France

AXA XL is the division of AXA dedicated to property and casualty insurance for large enterprises and specialty risks. Our teams design targeted solutions to cover risks, from the most common to the most complex, for our clients. The Global Enterprise Management team, integrated into the Global Client Function of AXA XL, manages the relationship with the Group AXA partners as well as with the strategic clients of AXA XL. It is organized around four pillars: Strategic Account Management at the Group AXA and AXA XL Cross-Selling Management of Strategic Brokers Strategy and Commercial Operations The mission of cross-selling is to strengthen the coordination between the Group entities in a fully OneAXA approach, in order to capture and develop new business opportunities. The team plays a conductor role: it animates cross-functional working groups, structures a consolidated vision of the clients through dedicated tools and a cross-sell community, and guides the strategic clients towards the entities best positioned to meet their needs.

Within its internship campaign, AXA XL is recruiting a Sales Strategy Analyst Intern. What you will do What will be your responsibilities? Conduct analyses of strategic client portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities Contribute to the mapping of existing processes and initiatives related to cross-selling and commercial excellence Support the management and follow-up of commercial initiatives (reporting, coordination, preparation of support materials) Analyze, clean and enrich commercial data using external sources such as S&P, D&B and AI tools Assist teams in the preparation of reports, presentations and summary documents

What you will bring We are looking for the following profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Affinity for technological tools, ideally familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and generative AI tools Curiosity, proactivity, positive attitude and desire to learn about the insurance sector and commercial practices. Mandatory knowledge of English and French (spoken and written). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work within a matrix organization and in an international environment. Location: La Défense Duration of the internship: 3 months Start date: From May/June
