- The Services Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of named accounts of large enterprise organizations, both current customers and prospects
- This role involves collaborating with various teams such as AM/CSM, sales, marketing, and services to design custom professional service offerings that meet customer needs
- The Account Executive will own the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure, and maintain relationships to uncover additional revenue opportunities
- They will serve as a trusted advisor and resource for Axios HQ's professional services, both internally and externally
- The role will play an integral part in building Axios HQ's differentiating services arm and driving the vision for Axios HQ as an AI-powered essential communications tool
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 5+ years of direct professional services sales experience, ideally selling into Fortune 1000 companies
- Skilled at managing a multi-threaded sales process involving multiple client stakeholders and decision makers
- Collaborative team player who can work internally and externally to build and design custom professional service offerings
- Proven track record of owning the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and maintaining relationships for additional revenue opportunities
- Creative thinker with a hunter mentality, willing to try new approaches and solutions
