- The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) will be responsible for developing relationships with Authorized Partners in Japan to drive sales growth.
- The role involves nurturing potential Key Accounts and facilitating their transition to the next level of partnership.
- The ISAM will collaborate closely with the Distributor Account Manager and Key Account Manager to achieve joint sales quotas.
- Responsibilities include handling incoming sales calls, managing the lead queue within CRM/Salesforce, and qualifying Authorized Partners.
- The ISAM will also engage in project management, including training and business seminars to support channel development activities.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in sales within the IT industry.
- The ideal individual should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to nurture and develop relationships with partners.
- A deep enthusiasm for IP technology and proficiency in handling sales inquiries over the phone is essential.
- The candidate should be efficient in multi-task management and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Being sales-driven and having a native proficiency in Japanese, along with a good command of English (TOEIC 600), is crucial for this role.
