- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in sales within the IT industry. - The ideal individual should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to nurture and develop relationships with partners. - A deep enthusiasm for IP technology and proficiency in handling sales inquiries over the phone is essential. - The candidate should be efficient in multi-task management and possess strong problem-solving abilities. - Being sales-driven and having a native proficiency in Japanese, along with a good command of English (TOEIC 600), is crucial for this role.
