We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) to join our team in Capelle aan den IJssel. This office-based position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Axis, a rapidly growing IT company with a global presence. Our products and solutions focus on security surveillance and remote monitoring based on innovative, modern, and open technology platforms. You will be part of a highly competent sales organization for Middle Europe (DACH and Benelux) with 90+ employees.

What Is The Scope?

As an Inside Sales Engineer (ISE), you will work closely with the local Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Account Managers and Technical Event Team, providing vital pre-sales support and technical expertise. Your mission is to help drive technical excellence in customer interactions and internal events while ensuring a smooth and professional IT environment at the Ismaning office.

Inside Sales Engineering Responsibilities (approx. 60%)

• Collaborate with and back up Sales Engineers in the office.
• Provide first-line pre-sales support to Inside Sales Account Managers
• Assist in influencing projects, working on tenders, and supporting RFP/RFQ processes
• Being part of the Axis Experience Center team
• Support and demonstrate Axis solutions at local office and Axis Experience Center events
• Rare travel (approx. 10%) within the southern territory

Technical Event Support (approx. 40%)

• Assist the local Technical Events in preparing technical setups for external events
• Support office and Axis Experience Center events with technical setups

What Will You Need?

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Completed professional education (MBO ICT level 4 / HBO) in a mixed technical and commercial field skills with proven experience in IP Technology. Recent graduates and junior jobseekers are welcome!
• Enthusiastic about technology and innovation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Service-minded, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Native-level Dutch and minimum intermediate (B2) English skills
