A Sales Consultant to serve as a vital connection between Axxess sales leadership and both prospective and existing clients, with the goal of building trust, enhancing client understanding, and driving revenue growth. This role is responsible for supporting the development of the sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads based on service line alignment, client readiness, and specific needs. Success in this position requires consistent execution of sales activities--including meetings, phone calls, emails, and text communications--with all interactions accurately and promptly documented in the CRM system. A strong understanding of the care-at-home industry, Axxess solutions and the company's unique market differentiators is essential to effectively initiate and advance the sales process. The Sales Consultant collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact throughout the client journey. This position is based at the Axxess Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.

Continuously educate yourself to confidently demonstrate value propositions to clients.
Use various channels to identify and attract potential clients including outbound calls, inbound leads and partner collaboration
Leverage networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns to expand reach
Evaluate each lead to determine fit based on readiness, needs and service alignment. Ensure proper qualification and documentation in CRM
Enter and update all leads, contacts and account information into Salesforce ensuring data integrity
Track and record all interactions and progress to maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM
Reach out to qualified leads and existing clients to schedule discovery calls and solution demonstration
Discuss with prospects Axxess solutions and services
Monitor the status of all open leads and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and resources
Share insights and strategies to improve sales effectiveness
Provide Sales Leadership prospect/client feedback to drive strategy
Meet minimum defined Sales Consultant metrics
Meet with other sales consultants and sales team members regularly
Support other sales or organizational initiatives as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline required
1-2 years of experience with the sales cycle required
Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and/or Palliative experience preferred
Adept in using creative efforts during the cold calling process
Experience working with Salesforce is a strong plus
Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
Ability to work from our Dallas office as this is not a remote position
