Purpose of the position:

Based on the instructions received from the relevant sales officer, area manager, or managed client, ensure the elaboration of quotations and the uploading of orders through company software for all available products.

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract

Main responsibilities:

• Support the assigned sales in the commercial management of the client;
• Collaborate in the creation of a proactive relationship with the client to support them in the operational management;
• Verify the conformity of the purchase orders received and forward them to the appropriate department;
• Use the CRM for the management of operational cases resulting from direct customer reporting;
• Elaborate and insert single contractual modifications;
• After the approval of the relevant sales officer, support the sending to the prospect and/or the client of the offers derived from the quotations, as well as identify and proactively propose stock vehicles to the final customer;
• Support the team in the management of the assigned tenders/car lists;
• Provide support in the periodic and punctual update of the information and data connected to one's own activity in the identified management tools by the company;
• Coordinate with the relevant sales and internal operational resources to ensure effective management of the final client;
• Ensure the respect of the procedures in order to reduce operational and reputational risks deriving from the sales activity;
• Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risk situations and proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills/knowledge soft and technical-specialist:

• Diploma or Degree in humanities or economics;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the main IT tools;
• Excellent relational and teamwork skills.
