Purpose of the position:

Based on the indications received from the assigned commercial officer, area manager, or managed client, ensure the elaboration of quotations and the uploading of orders through company software for all available products.

Type of contract: permanent contract

Main activities:

• Interact proactively with the sales assigned in the commercial management of the client;
• Contribute to the creation of a proactive relationship with the client to support them in operational management;
• Verify the compliance of the purchase orders received and forward them to the appropriate department;
• Use the CRM for the management of operational cases resulting from direct customer reporting;
• Elaborate and insert individual contractual modifications;
• After approval by the assigned commercial officer, contribute to the sending to the prospect and/or client of offers resulting from quotations, as well as proactively identify and propose stock vehicles to the final client;
• Interact proactively with the tender team in the management of assigned tenders/car lists;
• Contribute to the periodic and punctual update of information and data connected to one's activity in the management tools identified by the company;
• Interact proactively with the reference sales and internal operational resources to ensure effective management of the final client;
• Ensure compliance with procedures to reduce operational and reputational risks deriving from the sales activity;
• Adopt a proactive attitude towards risks, reporting anomalies and risk situations and proposing mitigation actions, strictly respecting Ayvens policies.

Skills/knowledge soft and technical-specialist:

• Diploma or degree in humanities, economics, or scientific disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Ability to relate and manage different stakeholders (internal and external clients)
• Organizational and planning skills
• Problem solving
• Customer orientation
