We are looking for a customer coordinator with a sense of detail, passion for used cars, and who wants to be part of building our digital customer journey.

About the role: We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating great customer experiences while keeping track of the administrative work behind the scenes. An important part of the role is managing our online sales, where you will help customers digitally, follow up on inquiries, and ensure their buying journey is smooth and secure.

• You love to provide service and go the extra mile for the customer
• You are structured, meticulous, and have an affinity for administration
• You have an interest in cars and want to learn more about the industry
• You are positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You will be part of a small, cohesive team with many tasks and great opportunities to influence and improve.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the entire customer journey, from first contact to completed business, maintains the highest level
• Being the face of our customers – both via phone and online
• Advertising used cars
• Being part of the administration around car sales
• Supporting our flex department as needed
