Job Summary

The Account Executive O&D is responsible for carrying out, within the agreed SLAs, the delivery of vehicles to Ayvens leasing customers.

Responsibilities

1. Execute the processes within the established platforms and systems, ensuring quality in the information and compliance with the agreed SLAs and established within the department policy and/or system manual.
2. Ensure compliance with the policies and processes of the Delivery department, and must report and document all types of deviations that may occur.
3. Maintain effective and constant communication with customers to inform of the status of the vehicles or delays; in addition to preparing and sending recurring reports to customers on the status of their in-transit management.
4. In case it is necessary, coordinate periodic review sessions.
5. Follow up and resolve complaints generated by some internal department or by customers regarding the delivery of the vehicle and contribute to continuous improvement and the correct execution of the New Vehicle Delivery process.
6. Foster and improve the relationship with internal customers to identify the needs of the final customers.
7. Protect information against misuse, taking care of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the same. In addition to understanding and applying the information security policies defined by Ayvens Corporate among its team members.

Skills required: CRM, ERP, Vehicle Procedures.
