For our team OEM Partnerships, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor with guts who wants to strengthen our team.

What will you do?

Are you an energetic, communicatively strong and ambitious sales professional? Does it sound cool to you to make the connection between dealers and customers in an active environment? Then the position of Sales Advisor in Hoofddorp is for you!

As Sales Advisor, you are the link between dealers, business customers and private customers. You make sure that everything runs smoothly: from drawing up quotes to managing the order process. Do you have a nose for commercial opportunities? Great! You will not only signal them, but also cash them in.

Some of your tasks:

• Acquiring and following up on leads, actions and/or campaigns;
• Optimizing and improving the service (opportunities, improvements);
• Promoting the available online portals with our dealers and relationships;
• Signaling commercial opportunities and converting them into quotes;
• Managing the renewal process and increasing customer retention;
• Achieving KPIs and analyzing data for targeted sales actions
• Contributing to reports and supporting with controls and audits

In addition, you work closely with Partner Managers to optimize service delivery. You keep an overview, are proactive and a star in prioritizing with an eye for the customer. Whether it is promoting online portals, managing the extension of existing contracts or agreements with customers, or contributing to reports. You will handle it.

• A sense of humor, flexible attitude and thinks out of the box;
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in both Dutch and English languages;
• Availability between 32-40 hours.

• Salary from €2,850.00 to €3,368.00 gross based on 40 hours, depending on experience;
