Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring potential clients
  • Conducting the full sales process: prospecting, phone contact, meetings, needs analysis, offer preparation, and deal finalization
  • Implementing sales plans
  • Building long-term relationships and developing the client portfolio
  • Reporting activities and results in the CRM system
  • Actively monitoring the Car Fleet Management market, proactivity, and willingness to take initiative

Expectations:

  • Documented ability to acquire new clients and conduct consultative sales
  • Knowledge of long-term rental/leasing products and specifics of the fleet market
  • Focus on achieving sales goals
  • Highly developed analytical skills and ability to negotiate with decision-makers
  • Openness to proposing and implementing new solutions, proactively responding to client needs
  • Very good command of English and MS Office package
  • Higher education and a valid driver's license category B
