Used Cars Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Selling used cars
• Actively acquiring potential customers
• Conducting the full sales process: phone contact, meetings, needs analysis, preparing offers, and finalizing contracts.
• Implementing sales plans
• Working in the CRM system and reporting on its outcomes.
• Customer service in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Test drives with customers
• Completing sales documentation

Expectations:

• Knowledge of the used car market
• Knowledge of automotive (passenger cars/LCV/MPV)
• High communication skills
• Good work organization (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, ability to prioritize tasks, proactivity)
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Independence in performing assigned duties and tasks
• Ability to work in a team
• Minimum secondary education
• Driving license category B.
