We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Sales Manager, supporting our product portfolio and ensuring SAHPRA compliance on the distribution side. This unique role blends commercial leadership with regulatory oversight, ideal for a pharmacist with strong customer-facing and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow customer accounts, including pricing and volume negotiation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure SAHPRA compliance and oversee Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
• Provide regulatory guidance and maintain all required documentation
• Analyse market and competitor data to support business strategy
• Ensure accurate CRM usage (Dynamics 365) and digital engagement
• Monitor customer payment terms and minimize commercial risk
• Represent the company at industry events and support sustainability initiatives
Requirements
• Registered Pharmacist (SAPC) – essential
• Bachelor's degree
+- 3 years' experience in a commercial role within industry
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and engage at all organizational levels
