Customer Relationship Management – Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and effective engagement across all levels.
Sales & Business Development – Drive sales by negotiating prices and volumes, identifying and developing new business opportunities in line with growth strategies.
Target Achievement – Agree on and deliver annual sales budgets and performance targets in collaboration with Commercial and Business Managers.
CRM & Digital Tools – Ensure optimal use of CRM (Dynamics 365), Outlook, Teams, and digital platforms like the Customer Portal and e-Lab to enhance customer engagement.
Market Intelligence – Collect, analyze, and present market, competitor, and industry data to inform commercial strategy.
Trade Representation – Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and build brand presence.
Commercial Risk & Payment Management – Monitor customer payment terms, negotiate with risk and cash flow in mind, and ensure compliance.
Commercial & Technical Support – Provide marketing input and technical product knowledge to support internal sales teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with approximately 3 years of commercial experience in the industry.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), Microsoft tools, and digital platforms; comfortable navigating IT systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions.
Solid understanding of product applications and established networks within the local industry.
