- The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales of a product portfolio to achieve business targets. - Regular visits to a growing customer base will be required to understand their needs and build relationships. - The role involves negotiating prices and volumes with customers to maximize returns for the business. - The Sales Manager will seek out and develop new accounts in line with business growth strategies. - Collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Business Manager to agree on and achieve annual sales budgets is expected. - The position includes representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to network with industry representatives. - Monitoring and reviewing payment terms against the customer portfolio to minimize business risk is a key responsibility.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this position. - Candidates should have approximately 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the relevant industry. - Excellent communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers. - Proven analytical skills are necessary to gather and interpret market and industry data. - The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and liaise with individuals at all levels is crucial for success in this role. - Knowledge and networks within the industry in the country area will be beneficial.
