- The role involves achieving annual sales goals and targets within the APAC region.
- The candidate will lead customer-centric, consultative selling efforts to uncover additional opportunities within key growth-oriented accounts.
- Managing a network of channel partners in the assigned territory is a key responsibility.
- The position requires collaboration with various departments, including Product Management and Technical Support, to meet client needs.
- The candidate will work with Marketing to create and execute marketing plans and campaigns.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a Life Sciences discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and/or channel management is essential.
- The candidate should possess a proven record of high achievement in sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.
- The candidate should be resourceful and comfortable navigating through internal resources by collaborating cross-functionally.
- Fluency in one other Asian language besides English is necessary to effectively engage with diverse clients.
