Timeline of the Selection Process:
Our Internship Program operates in hiring cycles, and you are participating in the July cycle! Thus, the selection process will occur from April to June/July.
After submitting your application, the recruitment team will screen the resumes and, if your profile is selected, you will proceed to the Digital Interview stage. Following that, the interviews will be evaluated, and if there is progress in the process, we will invite you for an interview with the area management. Approved candidates in this stage will then receive an offer to join the Internship Program in the planned cycle.

The intern in the Sales & Commercial area will have different opportunities to explore their knowledge within the designated area, and you can check below what the possible areas of work at Baker Hughes are:
Sales: The sales intern will provide support in commercial initiatives, sales planning, and interaction between different impacted areas within the product line. During the internship, they will have direct contact with financial, commercial, and operational leaders of the company, assisting with reports, presentations, and strategic discussions for the region.
Commercial Area: The commercial area intern will support activities related to the strategic use of market, customer, and competitor data and the efficient construction of managerial dashboards such as: Building winning commercial strategies for identified and prospected opportunities in the market, Managing the processes and stakeholders involved in the commercial process, Developing the budget for projects and presenting the business case to regional and global senior management.
Customer Care: The CC intern will generally contribute to the customer service team to provide the daily operational goals. Appropriate thinking and applied intelligence are expected when dealing with customer inquiries, process simplification, or other situations, and certainly, the intern can benefit from an engineering background or technical qualification to support more technically oriented quotes and consultations and may access a potential career in the Commercial Applications Engineering or Commercial Management team with the appropriate experience.
