Sales And Commercial Lead

Our Sales team work in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. Partner with the best. In this role, you'll be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Develops notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan for GCEA.

As a Sales and Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Department is involved in medium-sized sales.
  • Achieving revenue KPI targets - responsible for bringing the revenue assigned.
  • Supporting with billing, audit, finance documentations support.

  • Have bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
