Cash Management Sales Manager

Bank of Jordan is actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Cash Management Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the cash management sales strategy, promoting our cash management products and services, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.

The Cash Management Sales Manager will collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their cash flow needs and develop customized solutions that enhance their liquidity management. You will also play a key role in training and guiding sales teams on cash management strategies and best practices while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in cash management services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Collaborate with clients to assess their cash management needs and tailor banking solutions that optimize their cash flow and liquidity.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation of cash management sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for business development and enhance service offerings.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders on cash management solutions and best practices.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
