• Correctly identify the needs of the customer Parts Technical
• Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively
• Provide feedback and status updates to the customer
• Actively sell parts to customers – Tele Sales and pick up on leads for potential sale
• Liaise with customers to generate quotes and follow with reason for rejections to be analysed
• Follow up on all parts outstanding and provide/communicate progress to the customer, daily
• Create credit returns in line with the credit return policy
• Maintain all back orders and sales linked to outstanding purchase orders
• Handling of Cash Sales / Credit Card Sales
• Relate to all SAP and CRM transactions / Internal and External customers
• Following up on open quotes
• Minimum Requirements: Grade 12.
• At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Relationship building skills.
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to process orders accurately and timeously.
• Telemarketing / ISR Skills and telephone Etiquette
• Passion for the brand, ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively and Handling Difficult Customers
• Ability to provide options. / Knowledge of BWE Parts System / Cat Systems
• Mechanical understanding, basic business and financial acumen.
• Valid Driver's License
• Performing After hours / Stand By duties
