We have an opportunity for a Business Consultant in our Pharma division in ParanĂ¡.
Mission of the Position
Promote the company's products in its operating territory, through in-person and remote medical visits, in-person events, participation in meetings, conventions, training, congresses, and follow up on sell out in relevant pharmacies in the region with direct supervision of the immediate manager in accordance with compliance rules/policies and guidelines of the code of conduct.
Main Responsibilities
Update the visitation panel and maintain frequency/sequence in clients. Structure itinerary and meet the average contact goals. Meet administrative demands and related activities with responsibility and respect to deadlines. Execute relationship actions oriented by Marketing according to compliance policy. Distribute the company's products and services through in-person and remote visitation to clients. Act in sales points accompanying the Bausch portfolio. Meet sales targets and objectives requested by the company. Participate in courses, meetings, conventions, congresses, and events, in line with the assignments destined for the respective events. Mastery of available tools: visit launches, demand and prescription analysis, and action plan. Comply with company-provided training. Identify and report market actions. Synergy with commercial professionals (Account Managers).
Knowledge and Education
Complete graduation. Postgraduate in business areas will be considered as a differential.
Previous experience in the commercial area in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Intermediate Office Suite.
