Ankara is looking for an experienced medical representative. The sales representative is responsible for all sales targets and results in their own unit or region, acting in accordance with the company’s values.
They are responsible for parameters such as turnover, profitability figures, sales return rate, quantity, and payment terms.
They demonstrate team-oriented behaviors and use training resources effectively to increase product knowledge.
They provide product application support in the operating room and give periodic product preparation and application training to healthcare professionals.

Responsible for achieving all annual and quarterly targets in the Advanced Surgery business plan at the regional/unit level.
Contributes to the creation of regional long-term marketing policies and strategies. Conducts activities to grow the regional market.
Effectively implements regional marketing and sales activities by reporting to the Sales Manager.
Follows up on tenders in regional units, reports to the center, and provides necessary support for our company’s participation, and follows up on payment processes.
Obtains documents to meet individual training needs related to products from internal company sources and shares them with team members as needed.
Applies strategies and tactics in line with marketing plans to achieve sales profitability and market share targets, reaches the sales targets for the responsible unit, and provides feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales forecast, sales and promotion budget, and market and competitor activities.
Coordinates with the Sales and Marketing Manager, relevant Product Manager, and Medical Director to provide technical/clinical/scientific support to customers. Provides practical training on products in the operating room and is responsible for healthcare professionals correctly applying our products.
Provides quality and superior service to customers in line with the values of our organization and minimizes customer complaints.
Coordinates relationships with Opinion Leaders in the units they are responsible for, in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Acts as the regional representative for marketing plans or specific marketing projects carried out at the center, and produces projects as needed and conducts research on the subject in the field, providing input to the relevant Business Unit Manager and Product Manager.
Uses and provides content for customer relationship systems such as Company’s Customer Boost.
Graduated from relevant departments of universities
Good level of English knowledge
At least 4 years of sales experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device industry)
Adaptable to teamwork and able to take on different tasks
Strong communication and presentation skills with result-oriented negotiation ability and analytical thinking ability
No travel restrictions
Proficient in MS Office programs
Actively driving a vehicle
