We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Front Line Care (FLC) team in the area of Saxony/Thuringia.

You are responsible for the sales of all products and services of the Business Unit "Front Line Care" (Welch Allyn), develop sales and marketing strategies, and maintain contacts with medical and non-medical specialist groups.

Welch Allyn offers a diverse range of medical devices in the field of diagnosis and monitoring devices (ophthalmoscopes, otoscopes, aneroid sphygmomanometers, digital blood pressure monitors, vital parameter monitors, digital and infrared thermometers).

Your tasks:

  • Fulfillment of the annual sales target for the assigned area as well as implementation of the company strategy through generation of growth
  • Creation of a business plan for the area to achieve maximum sales and market penetration
  • Development and promotion of a strong brand in the region to build long-term customer relationships
  • Support, training, and direct sales in the area to ensure that business, promotional, and sales strategies are defined and executed
  • Coordination of the introduction of several new products in the entire area directly with the end-users and through independent representatives and distributors
  • Management of key accounts in the area as well as development and maintenance of relationships with important stakeholders

Your profile:

  • University degree in natural sciences or comparable commercial, clinical, or technical training
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the sales of medical devices
  • Medical or medically technical knowledge as well as experience in offering
  • IT skills (e.g. Outlook, CRM systems)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Language skills: fluent German and good English speaking and writing skills
