We are looking for a Sales Representative for the sales area: Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Greifswald.

Your tasks:

• Care for a sales area in the hospital and retail areas
• Specialized consultation and care of the target groups for the aforementioned area (persons in the medical service, purchasing, pharmacists, nursing and medical technology)
• Realization of the given sales and profit targets
• Independent action with the assigned budget of the respective sales region
• Target-oriented, sustainable and continuous care of the assigned customers
• Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in the area
• Acquisition of new customers in the assigned sales areas in the hospital and retail areas
• Competition and market observation especially with regard to price and contract design
• Coordination of business with KAM, colleagues and superiors

Your profile:

• Pharmacy representative (IHK) or knowledge according to §75 AMG
• Medical device consultant (§ 31 MPG)
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology industry, preferably in the retail sector
• Knowledge in the analysis of sales figures and preparation as well as presentation of the figures for decision support
• High level of social competence, empathy, responsibility and initiative
• Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Routine use of MS Office products and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel
