The Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement will improve efficiency and effectiveness for the US sales force, eliminating barriers to sales goal achievement! These solutions may include process improvement, software/tool deployment, and information management. This requires a high insightfulness, self-motivated individual who can assess needs and give insights to create strategic people-oriented solutions. This role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations team, working very closely with Sales Executives, Regional Managers, and Sales Representatives. This role will also be called upon to handle cross functional teams in order to deliver timely and effective solutions to the sales force. As a member of US Commercial Operations, you will work closely with all business teams, to improve and build developing systems and processes.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Deerfield, IL office.
Develop automated systems which enable internal/external teams to capture, retain/organize, and report information more efficiently
Provides analysis and recommendations to management of Commercial Operations teams
Identifies critical issues and quickly is able to resolve with creative solutions
Support sales teams with targeting new accounts and utilizing software
Train sales teams with software and trouble shoot and issues
Create short consumable training material
Exhibits confidence and knowledge of Salesforce.com
Knowledge of Brainshark and/or Seismic Sales Enablement software a plus
Review, research and solve Salesforce and Seismic questions.
Business Review support with Power BI/Tableau
This role will also play a key role in ensuring sales force adoption of Salesforce.com solutions. This may include preparing support materials, developing and delivering training for the field sales team, and developing and tracking key performance indicators using web editing tools, e-learning authoring tools, MS Teams, & MS Office.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience developing and supporting CRM (Salesforce Lightning) business needs

The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
