Bayut in Saudi is an integral part of the Dubizzle Group and is now looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant, who will be required to conduct daily calls and meetings in market and is responsible for adopting a consultative approach to the clients to assist them in making informed decisions that will leverage their business needs to drive exceptional results.

As a Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal part in the growth of the organization by selling property units, understanding client requirements, providing demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.

In this role you will:

Property Sales

Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory.

Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Understanding Client Requirements

Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

Lead Generation

Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.

Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.

Market Analysis

Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.

Managing Client Relationships

Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing support.

Demonstration and Site Visits

Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.

Deal Closure

Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
