What We Are Looking For

Functions:

• Participate in the design and development of the strategy, budgets, and business plans of GM (Global Markets)
• Analyze the activity of the electronic client platform to develop commercial actions that increase the e-commerce business
• Collaborate with the director of S&BD online concerning the implementation of the commercial strategy, business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for the GM unit
• Manage the CIB Team Portfolio (PT) in the SDA committee for project prioritization and the entire validation flow (Ideation, Refinement, Prioritization)
• Manage the request and follow-up of capex, opex campaigns and follow-up with SDA CIB Holding
• Interact as Product Owner (PO) of the SDA projects related to FX and Trading
• Follow up and prioritize minor evolutives and CIB incidents before the Reliability area
• Follow up on commercial intelligence for Global Markets (Follow up Migration to TCambio. Follow up Indicators Mesa Vs Tcambio. Follow up of Tcambio spread sensitivity, Synergies comex)
• Follow up on digital KPIs. PRV: Digital Units * Average Franchise (segment Pyme + PNN) (local), KPI Digital Country (holding) and Digital Units (BEC) (local)
• Responsible for continuous improvement in innovation platforms: Digital Workplace/Salesforce: Improvements in platform, Ecommerce, Datio, Open Banking: Alliances with Startups/Fintechs
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc panels based on the activity of Global Markets in E-Commerce
• Coordinate internal and external communication of GM working jointly with CIB Communication and Marketing and Advertising of CIB
• Contribute market ideas about the activity of GM at the international level as well as about the activity of competitors to identify and explore new commercial opportunities
• Seek the optimization of internal processes related to the activity of GM
• Collaborate closely with the CIB regulation table regarding the communication and explanation of new regulatory norms/requirements to the GM units
• Responsible for setting pricing on digital platforms: Web FX, UI FX Dynamic Pricing, PSE, ION Trading, 3270, among others
