Manager, National / Traditional Sales (Hybrid)

Full time, Hong Kong

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the BCD Travel team effort and obtaining profitable new corporate travel accounts using effective sales and marketing techniques. You will also be accountable for the coordination of available resources.

As a Manager, National / Traditional Sales, you will

  • Maintain and increase revenues by means of new client acquisition, existing client expansion, and retention
  • Be responsible for strategic sales approach for identified opportunities
  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
  • Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with implementation teams to ensure client expectations are achieved
  • Ensure that all client facing collateral is current and consistent with company branding and image guidelines

About you

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a sales position at a corporate level
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English and Cantonese
  • Computer literate in business software applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
